We collect your name, email, message, selected service and website language, plus any optional business name or phone number you provide.

Why we ask

We use these details to understand your request, respond and prepare a personalised quotation. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm an appointment.

Where your inquiry goes

Inquiries are stored in MST’s private hosted database. Access is restricted to MST’s owner. The website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare hosting. We do not request payment details.

Security and retention

We use input validation, request limits and restricted inbox access. A one-way network identifier temporarily limits abuse and is not shown in the inbox. Inquiries are retained in our private sales workspace for responding and managing the requested service. Inactive inquiries are reviewed after 90 days; you may request deletion using the contact form. An active client relationship may require a separately agreed record.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact form with the same email and your inquiry reference. Never send passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information.

Cookies and analytics

MST does not add marketing trackers or analytics. Choosing a language saves a preference cookie for up to one year. Hosting and owner sign-in may use essential cookies. Public pages and inquiries do not require a ChatGPT account.
